We take pride in the quality of our American-made blankets and home goods; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and affix the return label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized UPS drop-off location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our mill.
